The Ballarat Highlands Bowls Region 2023-2024 Tuesday Pennant season commenced in October 2023 for both the Ballarat district playing area and Highlands playing area.

Division 1 Region Playoff
Webbcona Bowling Club won the Tuesday Pennant Division 1 title in the Ballarat district playing area while Gisborne captured the Division 1 crown in the Highlands playing area.
Gisborne (Highlands) defeated Webbcona (Ballarat) by 27 shots in the 2023-2024 Tuesday Pennant Region Final.
The match was played on Sunday, 20th April 2024 at Kyneton Bowling Club with the final score 72-45.
