Champion of State Pennant
The Champion of State Pennant event takes place at season’s end and is the culmination of the Victorian Pennant season, with teams from all Regions competing for the prestigious Champion of State Pennant title.
The state’s top Pennant teams head to Moama Bowling Club to battle each other over four days in an event that showcases the best pennant bowlers from around the state.
Five Metropolitan regions make up one representative between them, coupled with 11 country regions.
The 12 teams make up two divisions of six, with each side playing 5 games and both sectional winners meeting in the Champion of State Pennant final.
The high-class competition determines the Champions across both Midweek (Tuesday) and Weekend (Saturday) Pennant competitions.
