Ballan’s Anne Draffen and Gisborne’s Ethan Higgins represented the Ballarat Highlands Bowls Region during the 2023 Women & Men’s City Vs Country events held on the weekend of 15th & 16th April 2023 at Bendigo Bowls Club.
It was third edition of the Series and this year it was COUNTRY with the clean sweep, taking the City vs Country Title for 2023.
