The Ballarat Highlands Bowls Region 2023-2024 Saturday Pennant season commenced in October 2023 for both the Ballarat district playing area and Highlands playing area.

Division 1 Region Playoff

Victoria Bowling Club won the Saturday Pennant Division 1 title in the Ballarat district playing area while Kyneton Golf captured the Division 1 crown in the Highlands playing area.

Victoria (Ballarat) defeated Kyneton Golf (Highlands) defeated Webbcona (Ballarat) by 15 shots in the 2023-2024 Saturday Pennant Region Final.

The match was played on Sunday, 17th March 2024 at Kyneton Bowling Club with the final score 63-48.
