2023 Champion of State Pennant
Victoria (Saturday pennant) and Midlands Golf (Tuesday pennant) represented the Ballarat Highlands Bowls Region in the 2023 Champion of State Pennant held from Saturday, 6th May to Tuesday 9th May 2023 at Moama Bowling Club.
Victoria Bowling Club contested Section 1 of Champion of State Pennant (Weekend) on Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th May 2023, while Midlands Golf Bowls Club competed in Section 1 of Champion of State Pennant (Midweek) on Monday 8th and Tuesday 9th May 2023 in Moama.
